Mission Statement
This is what you shall do:
Love the earth and sun and the animals, despise riches, give alms to everyone that asks, stand up for the stupid and crazy, devote your income and labor to others, hate tyrants, argue not concerning God, have patience and indulgence toward the people, take off your hat to nothing known or unknown or to any man or number of men, go freely with powerful uneducated persons and with the young and with the mothers of families, read these leaves in the open air every season of every year of your life,
re-examine all you have been told at school or church or in any book, dismiss whatever insults your own soul, and your very flesh shall be a great poem and have the richest fluency not only in its words but in the silent lines of its lips and face and between the lashes of your eyes and in every motion and joint of your body.

Hope everything is swell in Decorah, glad to see things like this are going on.
I have a bullshit detector that even Hemmingway would be proud of.
You know you fell into the veg life soley on the fact that they use sex to sell, like every other eco-friendly™, green™, caring™ and conscious™ American corporate business. It drew you in, it put fear into your mind, you had doubts, but it felt so right, it labeled you, it gave you identity, it made you feel warm inside, you wanted, and ultimately you loved it without even questioning. Don'tcha love marketing?! The question is, was it what got you hooked or what kept you hooked? The sex got me. Animals have rights? We are destroying the world? I thought we were 'developing it'? The news isn't telling us the truth? Now I am really really confused. Maybe I should buy a sausage, I mean, everyone else is doing it....
