More on Transition Initiatives
The Transition Initiative program has expanded even more than indicated in the Orion article referenced in Carolyn’s blog. Sweden has also added a national office. There are now several hundred local groups around the world and more “mulling” over the possibility as the British would say. The United States now has 42 official transition initiatives and the number of locations “mulling it over” spans two google map pages. Decorah is one of them.
